Tips on Troubleshooting Video Problems
Some of you are having troubles watching these videos. They are in higher quality than the ones on YouTube, hence bigger file size. Not to mention they are also not divided into small parts (unless for movies which run for more than one hour). Consequently, they require high speed bandwidth. If your internet connection is not so fast, you should at least make the most out of it. I suggest to temporarily avoid sharing the same connection with other computers and softwares. Yes, it includes those porn and hentai downloads. ;p
Try the following for problems where videos are not playing for their entire length or not even loading at all:
- Use the [+/-] Show/Hide Video link to reload it.
- Restart your web browser.
- Restart your web browser, go to Properties and clear your cache/temporary internet files, cookies, and history.
- Right click on the video and go to Settings. Click on the folder icon to the left of the Close button and increase the Local Storage space.
Some people are having a hard time finding the video. They are hidden to save space so that all the latest episodes are in one page. All you need to do is click on the text link [+/-] Show/Hide Video. <= Go ahead try it out. Clicking it will toggle to either Show or Hide the video. Well, in this case it's a Tetris game. Thanks to these Russians, I still can't get enough of it even at the age of Wii, PS3, and XBOX360.

There is nothing wrong with the video itself. It's a connection problem. Have you tried those tips I posted on top of every page?

I don't mean to sound picky but when you find the time could you work on the quality? I understand that it's hard to get the same level as movies though considering all the naruto ones have GREAT animation quality that would be hard to get up to par with. But all in all I'm very thankful that I get to watch the movies and episodes from a more realiable sorce than youtube so thnx for the hard work

I'm tired of waxing on this sites greatness. merely assume that I love anime tube, and, while I wouldn't give my life for it, would at least put up with any lower quality on early videos.

I admit that the quality on this movie is worse relative to other videos over here. I was too excited to release it ASAP. I didn't spend enough time to tweak it. It's a full length movie with 95 minutes running time. It usually takes longer time to achieve balance to make file size as small as possible for streaming and simultaneously maintain the best quality.

Big Oops.. Yesterday I re-encoded the video and divide it into 3 instead of 2 parts for better quality. But I made the mistake on the 3rd part. I already uploaded the correct one, but it'll take a few hours for the server to get the movie ready for streaming.
I'll post the correct 3rd part as soon as it is ready.

I just checked 'em out. All the 3 parts work just fine on my computer. There might be problems during Flash installation on your computer. Are you able to watch Flash based videos on other sites, such as You*cough*Tube ?
