Tips on Troubleshooting Video Problems
Some of you are having troubles watching these videos. They are in higher quality than the ones on YouTube, hence bigger file size. Not to mention they are also not divided into small parts (unless for movies which run for more than one hour). Consequently, they require high speed bandwidth. If your internet connection is not so fast, you should at least make the most out of it. I suggest to temporarily avoid sharing the same connection with other computers and softwares. Yes, it includes those porn and hentai downloads. ;p
Try the following for problems where videos are not playing for their entire length or not even loading at all:
- Use the [+/-] Show/Hide Video link to reload it.
- Restart your web browser.
- Restart your web browser, go to Properties and clear your cache/temporary internet files, cookies, and history.
- Right click on the video and go to Settings. Click on the folder icon to the left of the Close button and increase the Local Storage space.
Some people are having a hard time finding the video. They are hidden to save space so that all the latest episodes are in one page. All you need to do is click on the text link [+/-] Show/Hide Video. <= Go ahead try it out. Clicking it will toggle to either Show or Hide the video. Well, in this case it's a Tetris game. Thanks to these Russians, I still can't get enough of it even at the age of Wii, PS3, and XBOX360.

@ the guy who said this crap. Open your taskmanager, open google with ,,firefox" :D and search for every .exe you can find in your taskmanager. Or search for tools like ,,hijackthis".

Oh, and you know sometimes when there are websites that are specific to IE and need IE to view. Or just don't work with FF. Just use 'IE Tab' you can find it in the plug-ins section for FF.

Anitube is for whatever the admin feels it is for at any given point in time. Don't like it, point your browser elswhere. In the meantime though, take some of your own advice: Do *your* job, and shut it.

IE is integrated into the Windows operating systems so nothing can be done about totally not using it. i have learned a long time ago not to trust it though when browsing the internet. It is the most unsecure browser there is now. I prefer FF over IE. when it comes to speed, I would prefer Opera--it has the highest default max connections among the available browsers that I have used. I would prefer FF in overall performance though.
Another thing that the guys in Microsoft should work on is the CSS capability of IE. It really sucks in that area too.

I cannot believe that guy said that. I was first introduced to firefox almost three years ago, by a computer science guy. I had just gotten my first laptop, and had only used IE. He showed me about spyware, which I had no idea about. I used Ad-Aware SE, and I had over 400 spyware. I switched to ff, and have never looked back. I have almost no problems since using ff.

For the people who dont know what key loggers are they arent just a hack/program to find your pass. There a script to log everything you type.

hi i agree with you on the WTF comment that the persone wrote but i have a q. I have the software on my computer but everytime i try to play one of the videos it freezes, plays for 2 - 5 seconds and then stops and keeps on buffteing y?! i liked the veoh better no offense

There is no way I am going back to veoh player. It's just too easy to get the videos deleted. I don't have time re-uploading hundreds of videos periodically. Actually, we could go back to veoh as long as there are volunteers who basically adopt a series and be responsible in maintaining the deleted videos.
The incompatibilities in IE is beyond my control. Let's just say IE exposes too much information. I am not going to explain it any further, unless you think you can help. You need to have some experience in header cloaking and Action Script. Contact me in private.

You're right, buddy... WHAT IS YOUR NAME! Firefox and Mac Os X or others are safer because they run on a different type of base... So less viruses can escape into your computer through internet...
Though everyone uses IE7 or IE all of you should switch to firefox and experience the way of laziness with the help you get from it...
Its a very good and uncrackable system and actually there was only 6 viruses made for it that have all been patched up but IE had around 5607 Viruses so sad...

Microsoft do deservers credit for the softwares they've made. 95% personal computers are running windows and that proves something. However, it doesn't mean that softwares created by non-Microsoft is bad either. Look at it from a different angle. Without FF, there may not even be IE7. Microsoft did not do any major upgrade on IE6 for 5 years despite tons of issues.
My main point to bring this topic up is to show people they need to check their facts before claiming something like "Firefox is a keylogger." Another misleading comment is FF is written by teenagers. Majority of contributors are professional programmers and college students (including those in doctorate levels). Join the developer mailing list to get a taste. Actually, I wouldn't care less if FF was only written by teenagers. All that matters is the quality of the end product.
you can't remove ie from windows. well, you can but that would be stupid. you still need it to download fixes to your system. unless you go mac or linux or some other OS you can't totally do without IE. For safety purposes, just leave it to rot and use Firefox or Opera instead.
