Tips on Troubleshooting Video Problems

It's confirmed there are incompatibilities in Internet Explorer which prevent the video from playing. All videos play just fine on other browsers (Firefox, Opera, Safari). Sorry, I didn't realize this problem sooner. I've been using Firefox all this time and it's been a while since I tested the site on IE. If you don't have one installed already, here is a link to download .

Some of you are having troubles watching these videos. They are in higher quality than the ones on YouTube, hence bigger file size. Not to mention they are also not divided into small parts (unless for movies which run for more than one hour). Consequently, they require high speed bandwidth. If your internet connection is not so fast, you should at least make the most out of it. I suggest to temporarily avoid sharing the same connection with other computers and softwares. Yes, it includes those porn and hentai downloads. ;p

Try the following for problems where videos are not playing for their entire length or not even loading at all:

  • Use the [+/-] Show/Hide Video link to reload it.
  • Restart your web browser.
Additional tips from fellow Outcasts:
  • Restart your web browser, go to Properties and clear your cache/temporary internet files, cookies, and history.
  • Right click on the video and go to Settings. Click on the folder icon to the left of the Close button and increase the Local Storage space.
Another tip is clicking pause on video will not stop it from loading. The video does not play but it loads in the background. If you have slower internet connection, make sure you don't leave any videos in pause (other than the one you are watching). Clicking [+/-] Show/Hide Video link to hide the video will stop it from loading.

Some people are having a hard time finding the video. They are hidden to save space so that all the latest episodes are in one page. All you need to do is click on the text link [+/-] Show/Hide Video. <= Go ahead try it out. Clicking it will toggle to either Show or Hide the video. Well, in this case it's a Tetris game. Thanks to these Russians, I still can't get enough of it even at the age of Wii, PS3, and XBOX360.

(works up a tear and begins to clap) this is a very good anime... but one thing i do not get is they kept referring her as King Arthur and saying she was a guy.....she was a girl not a guy.... but that doesn't matter because i loved the story.. i wish they made the this anime a little bit longer tho

this was a really sad ending... =(

I loved this show, but at the end I realised that Shirou's father did the same thing (destroyed the Grail) and the War just started over again in a few years. That kinda made me feel like the plot wasn't resolved, but whatever it was a great show.

I just want more of this Anime, I feel empty.

In a sense the ending of this is a combination of different endings of the original games. The idea is that he will become archer in the future. The sad thing is that at least in this life neither of them will meet and the reason that they become those summoned is for something they did not finish in their own life.

In a sense she accepted death and archer (you know what i mean) only wanted to come back to the past after death to keep himself alive and able to teach himself his power (ironic). And in the end the both end up in death.

For afterlife points the anime seems to show no glimpse of hope ><

Though the point was make use of what you have and remember the good of the past.

Kind of sad and filling yet at the same type unfilled...

I understood he was (or will be) archer at the very beginning. It was a good anime... I want an ova or something more though.

Also, I don't know why... but Emiya was a real hard name for me to remember.

Wow. That was an awesome story. Not to mention its flow was excellent.

However, concerning anime, I've learned long ago to never expect my desired conclusion. About 90% of the anime I've watched have an ending that's either: A. Touching, but sad as heck, or B. Too open ended for my taste.

In this case, like others have already mentioned, I feel unfulfilled. Wanting more. Some would likely argue that this is what makes an anime truly successful. And, don't get me wrong, I think these type of endings have their credibilities.

But - I do think - I'd kill for alternate happy endings! Those that would reflect the generally perceived definition of something that makes one feel warm and fuzzy!! Even if it does come down to a cliche!!!

dam ending :( it was a good ending, but a very sad one at least on the Saber part, i have mixed feelings...

anyway, awesome anime with an awesome storyline, i wish it would've been longer, why good animes must end so quickly <_<. I wish i could forget the plot of the anime so im able to watch it again and get that same "not spoiled" feeling xD

ow, Saber... :(

why did they refer to her as king and not queen and wasn't she a girl ,then why did they call her King Arthur.even in the past she appeared a girl and Bedveder looked like a man ,but spoke like a girl ...but all in all I loved the anime...thanks

This was a really creative twist on the whole grail storyline. Very well done, thanks for uploading it!! As for the ending not being complete, i disagree, it leaves behind the same unresolved issues as the grail stories ive heard so far, except the loved one left behind is now shiro instead of Guenivere, the King(Arturia as Arthur)still dies, and we are left with memories of heroic acts to aspire. Well done i say!

This was a really good anime. I loved every single episode of it.

I got a little confused on the ending though. Can someone clarify? I mostly don't get the part when Saber returns to her own time and she wakes up?

Eh this one lacked something for me. I was hoping they would expand more on Shirou eventually becoming Archer and some of the explanations for magic or what was happening just seemed to come out of left field. I often would have to rewind to try and make a second attempt at understanding.

It seems through the visual novels though ( at least according to all that is devoted to this story on Wiki ) fills in much of the surrounding story including past and present so hopefully there will be a follow up anime to do the same.

All in all though not sure if I would watch it.

Okay, let me clear ALL OF THIS UP. Shirou does NOT, I repeat DOES NOT end up as Archer in ANY of the scenarios, and neither does he in the anime/manga/hollow/any other type of media related to Fate/Stay Night. Archer went back to kill Shirou, himself, to create a time paradox and end Archer's existence and everything he has done, because he regrets what he has done and is thinking like Ktsurugu(Shiro's and Ilya's dad). There was a special event that happened to make Shiro like Archer, but that NEVER happens in any of the scenarios. Guardians/hero spirits can be called from any timeline due to the hero thingy-ma-jig being separate from any time, so Archer was putting his bets on being summoned during the 5th war game. Saber is called King Arthur because they(you know, the officials/Saver/Merlin/etc.) never revealed to the people that Saber was a girl, because a girl was not "fit" to rule Britain. Also, Rin's catalyst(the thing she used to summon Archer) was the same crystal she used to save Shiro, bsically the same thing as Shiro summoning Saber with the Scabbard. One thing though, most consider Caliburn the same as Excalibur, or just the Ceremonial Sword in the Stone, but Caliburn was broken. When Saber used Caliburn to kill Heracles, it killed him 9 times over, even though it was traced and down by one rank(tracing is never as good as the original). So...why not Excalibur, the greatest sword of mankind? Well, even though they need Avalon to really activate Excalibur's power, still, if a traced Caliburn can kill Heracles nine times over, then what's up with Gilgamesh and Merodach when Merodach is superior to Caliburn!?!? Since Merodach was not even traced, that means it could like kill Heracles twenty times over, deshou!?!?!? With that kind of raw, power, wouldn't the plain Excalibur be pushed back when not aligned with Avalon? Or at the least have its mana increased with the possession of the scabbard? There's one thing I want to know, who does Shiro end up with and marry/have kids with in the end in Fate/the anime? I know in UBW he goes all lovey dovey with Rin, in HF he goes all lovey dovey with Rin's sister, but in Fate Rin just watches him like a stalker(j/k) and shiro daydreams about Arturia Pendragon!! Officially, I believe, the longest post ever on Anitube, or at the least on Fate/Stay Night

Anonymous said...

Actually, let me rephrase "wouldn't the plain Excalibur be pushed back when its not powered with Avalon, Saber's mana is not even increased because she doesn't have Avalon."

This anime was so cute! Although I wish that they would've gotten together at the end, at least they both knew they loved each other, and they both fulfilled the duties they had to. Can't wait to see more good shows anitube!
