Tips on Troubleshooting Video Problems

It's confirmed there are incompatibilities in Internet Explorer which prevent the video from playing. All videos play just fine on other browsers (Firefox, Opera, Safari). Sorry, I didn't realize this problem sooner. I've been using Firefox all this time and it's been a while since I tested the site on IE. If you don't have one installed already, here is a link to download .

Some of you are having troubles watching these videos. They are in higher quality than the ones on YouTube, hence bigger file size. Not to mention they are also not divided into small parts (unless for movies which run for more than one hour). Consequently, they require high speed bandwidth. If your internet connection is not so fast, you should at least make the most out of it. I suggest to temporarily avoid sharing the same connection with other computers and softwares. Yes, it includes those porn and hentai downloads. ;p

Try the following for problems where videos are not playing for their entire length or not even loading at all:

  • Use the [+/-] Show/Hide Video link to reload it.
  • Restart your web browser.
Additional tips from fellow Outcasts:
  • Restart your web browser, go to Properties and clear your cache/temporary internet files, cookies, and history.
  • Right click on the video and go to Settings. Click on the folder icon to the left of the Close button and increase the Local Storage space.
Another tip is clicking pause on video will not stop it from loading. The video does not play but it loads in the background. If you have slower internet connection, make sure you don't leave any videos in pause (other than the one you are watching). Clicking [+/-] Show/Hide Video link to hide the video will stop it from loading.

Some people are having a hard time finding the video. They are hidden to save space so that all the latest episodes are in one page. All you need to do is click on the text link [+/-] Show/Hide Video. <= Go ahead try it out. Clicking it will toggle to either Show or Hide the video. Well, in this case it's a Tetris game. Thanks to these Russians, I still can't get enough of it even at the age of Wii, PS3, and XBOX360.

Killsquad,

This is gathered from the Eps and it is VERY VERY rushed because they dont care about the fights they care about the storyline that is all. Which if you dont care for the action in an action anime then by all means it was perfect but for those that stuck with the story till now i understand you pain over this movie :(

All in all TY for the upload Anitube.

You're welcome. But don't get your hopes up w/ the movie. I read plenty of bad review about it. I haven't had a chance to watch it myself.

This movie isn't put together well.

The actually arc was really good but this mush-up doesn't do it justice.

I was glad to see the special scenes from Robin :)
It's like watching the whole Alabasta arc all over again.

it seems like the movie is put out for the sake of money or another one piece summer movie.

wonder if the artist is running out of ideas of wat...

"It's like watching the whole Alabasta arc all over again."

What? 'The whole arc'? It's like watching a cram fest.

What the last poster said is true. If you weren't already into One Piece, you'd have no chance keeping up with this movie. It's like they didn't make an effort to make a good movie, rather they just wanted to try to get One Piece superfans to come and pay just because it's a One Piece Movie.

It's sloppily put together.

It sickens me knowing we don't get a NEW movie next time either. Instead they're spending time doing this mess-up with the Drum Island arc.

when you say "7,075,924 million dollars" do you mean 7.075924M USD?
I agree, I rather see a new one piece movie than a summarized Alabasta. I remember the whole thing as if I just watched them yesterday, but that was one year ago. I really hope one-piece doesn't turn into another "Inuyasha" or "Naruto".

ONE PARK!

that took out all the built up feeling that you got when you watched each show, the little details are what made this part of one piece great. The movie just doesnt cut it, well actually it cut too much

I'm just surprised they are planning on doing this with the less interesting Drum Island arc.

It was an okay arc but seeing as they cut up the GOOD Alabasta arc into garbage, then wouldn't the okay arc be turned into a landfill?

since an anime is around 24 mins you cant expect them to put around 8 eps or something into one move its great!!!!

The 6th movie from one piece was the best. that was the movie with this large flower on the top of a mountain... this movie is like shit compared to the 6th one...

The arabasta arc isn't just 8 episodes, they can NEVER fit that into a single movie.
Movie 6 is like crap though, a carnivorous, evil flower. That makes A LOT of sense. I hate the animation too, the lines are so jiggly and amateurishly looking and flat. Any one piece episode seems to have better animation quality than Movie 6.

Oh man, that was awesome. I liked the original better though, this was kinda rushed to fit everything. And although I rather liked seeing Crocodile's downfall from different angles, it isn't the same without "The New World Symphony" in the background. =' Makes me wanna rewatch that arc.

Ok... so IE has some problems loading the videos. However, switching the encoding to western (windows) seems to fix it just fine.

Totally agree with all the comments made already.

It's way too rushed. And it's basically the scenes from the episodes. :(

And I can't believe they cut the Kung Fu Douong bit... I'm saddened by this experience, I must say.

If they were going to reuse scenes from the episode, they should have made this movie like 3/4 hours long. Just so that it makes sense to people who don't watch OP. That would have been awesome.

"The arabasta arc isn't just 8 episodes, they can NEVER fit that into a single movie."

Of course, but that doesn't excuse this mush-up. The movie is shown in a way you can savor any moment. There was almost no suspense build-up with the way they made this movie. You can't enjoy the battles (which they deleted most of anyway).

Everything happens so fast that you can't enjoy anything.

You can only know what's going on if you've completely watched the arc already. And then what would be the point of watching a worse, shortened, dull version of it? Because it was on the big screen?

Anyway, about Movie 6. It was a good movie but the flower thing was creepy.

The movie is more for people that have not seen the series. If I had not seen one piece before, and watched this movie, I would want to go and watch the whole series. Movie 9 is going to be about the Drum arc, but its going to include Franky, Robin, and Thousands Sunny.

If this crappy movie is ranked 26, then what will naruto shuppuden be ranked? 1st? shuppuden will be atleast 100 times better than this

Anonymous said...

"The movie is more for people that have not seen the series."

I don't believe that. They would have put more effort into it if they wanted to attract outsiders.

Who would want to watch a movie where they don't know what's going on at all and is bad? Who would then want to watch the series of a bad movie?

This is just a cheap attempt at making a One Piece movie when I'm guessing they're out of new ideas for some new movies.

Oh yeah, the funny thing about that Drum Island arc is the continuity issues it'd raise. I guess they just want to make another bad movie but add Franky and Robin in it so to reel in more people then this time.

I really hope they don't do this with the Skypiea saga. I wouldn't watch it but I'd hate to see them wasting more time that could be devoted to new movies.

btw i hate how j4 kids gave robin a texan girl accent sorry for being random and the movie was ok though i dont like watching things i seen a year ago all crammed up into.....4..5..7 like an hour lol

did i just see a naruto fan try to compare OP with naruto heh

first one piece is more popular in asia than naruto is

85 filler episodes and dbz style slow story pace of naruto and here u wanna complain of a recap movie ?
